Paragon of Light Double Barrel Aged Belgian Tripel 9.3%- Belgian Style Tripel Ale aged 4 months in Bourbon and Red Wine Barrels, this straw colored ale has notes of bright vanilla and an oak nose, also bringing a golden raisin and a pleasant shortbread cookie finish. The higher carbonation complements the dry finish rounding out this beer to perfection.
