Looking for the perfect place to host your private event/party?

Czig Meister offers a unique and unforgettable setting for any occasion. Our brewery features a warm, inviting atmosphere with rustic charm and spacious outdoor seating and tent. We offer flexible event packages tailored to your needs.

Just to note that each package includes 30 minutes for setup before the event, a 3 hours limit and 30 minutes to clean up afterward. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required via credit card when the date has been confirmed. Lastly, a 20% gratuity will be added to your total bar bill.

Our outdoor event space can be reserved from April until October 31st. We are accepting event requests now; please contact our Tasting Room Manager – Mike Ciavatta (tastingroom@czigmeisterbrewing.com).

Package 1 – Outside Full Tent

What’s Included

  • Private outside bar with 1 bartender.
  • Choice of 3 beers or 2 beers and a cocktail/mocktail from a selected list.

Capacity: 50 – 120 people

Dates: Thursday – Sunday

  • No Czigmeister Festival Days (April 20th, April 26th, May 10th, June 14th, July 4th, July 19th, September 27, and September 28th)

Consultation

  • This package comes with a consultation that can be scheduled with our tasting room manager to talk further in details about your event.

Price: $1,000

Package 2 – Outside Half Tent

What’s Included

  • Picnic tables
  • Barrel tables

Capacity: 30 – 70 people

Dates: Thursday – Sunday

  • No Czigmeister Festival Days (April 20th, April 26th, May 10th, June 14th, July 4th, July 19th, September 27, and September 28th)

Consultation

  • This package comes with a consultation that can be scheduled with our tasting room manager to talk further in details about your event.

Additional Addons: $150

  • Private outside bar with 1 bartender.
  • Choice of 3 beers or 2 beers and a cocktail/mocktail from a selected list.

Price: $600

Outdoor area at Czig Meister with outdoor tent and barrels.

Package 3 – Non-Work Day Event

  • 2 Bartenders
  • Private Bar
  • Bar Tables

Capacity: 30 – 80 people

Dates: Mondays & Tuesdays

Hours: Evening Hours

Includes 30 minutes before & after

  • 3:30-7:30pm
  • 4:30-8:30pm
  • 5:30-10:00pm

Price: $700

Package 4 – After Parties

  • 2 – 3 Bartenders

Capacity: 30 – 80 people

Dates: Thursday – Saturday

Hours: 10:30PM – 1AM

What is the cancellation policy?2025-03-11T12:11:51-04:00

Unexpected weather can occur. If there is a severe weather alert in Hackettstown,NJ on the day of your event, our team will reach out to discuss options.

Can I bring outside beverages in the Brewery?2025-03-11T12:09:45-04:00

No outside beverages are permitted. All beverages must be purchased from the Brewery. This includes water bottles, soft drinks, and juice. We do provide our own mocktail and have water on site.

Do I have options for drink payments?2025-03-11T12:12:37-04:00

Yes, you do have some options for your bar payment:

  • Open bar: A credit card limit will be discussed before the event will take place. A credit card will be requested by our beer tenders and a 20% gravity will be added to your total bill.
  • Per-person option: Regardless of age, each attendee will incur a fee that will be applied toward their individual tab during the event. With a 20% automatic gratuity added to the final tab day of the event.

Of course! However, all minors MUST be supervised at all times. Children are welcome as long as they are well-behaved and with an adult at all times. We are a working production brewery, not a playground. Your safety is our main concern. Please be aware though, from 6pm until close on Wednesday through Saturday all patrons must be 21 and over. Must be 21 and over in order to sample our beer.

We are a family friendly establishment and would love to accommodate every party and event in our brewery but our space does not accommodate children’s birthday parties.

Can I bring in food / make catering arrangements?2025-03-11T12:10:39-04:00

We do not offer food at the brewery (NJ State Law for Production Breweries), but we encourage you to bring food with you to enjoy with your beer. Feel free to bring something from home or order from one of the amazing restaurants in Hackettstown – some will even deliver straight to you at the brewery!

For Private Events

  • Guests are allowed to bring in their own food as well as catering service. We do have a recommended list we can provide for the catering service locally around the area.
  • We do have a small fridge for (small desserts, cakes, and appetizers)
  • Food is not provided by the Brewery

We would be happy to accommodate the following festivities; Corporate gatherings, graduations, bridal showers, engagement parties, birthday’s, anniversaries, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, and more.
