Our sour ale series pays homage to the sundial, a beautiful and precise tool that measures time using shadows cast by the sun. The brewing process for sours is far more time intensive than traditional styles, but the wait is worth it! Each brew features a variety of fruits and flavors to create ever-evolving profiles that celebrate all seasons and make any time a good time for a sour.

Chrono Shift is conditioned on passion fruit, raspberry, lime, and mandarin orange with whole madagascar vanilla beans & lactose.
