Herdsman is a strong and steady German-style Bock, brewed to reflect the quiet endurance and seasonal rhythm of pastoral life.
Built on a rich base of Weyermann Barke Pilsner, Vienna, Munich I, and Caramunich III malts, it pours deep copper with full-bodied notes of toasted bread, dark caramel, and soft sweetness. Balanced by gentle floral tones from Hersbrucker hops and fermented with traditional Bock yeast, it finishes clean, smooth, and deeply satisfying.
