Rooted in monastic brewing tradition, Order is our Belgian-Style Singel—light, expressive, and designed for both quiet contemplation and casual enjoyment.
Brewed with Weyermann Pale and Pilsner malts, plus a hint of Biscuit Malt for toasted depth, it pours a golden straw color with a soft, grainy sweetness. Fermented with classic Belgian yeast, the profile is laced with floral aromas, light spice, and subtle fruitiness, all finishing clean and dry.
At 6.3% ABV, it’s flavorful yet restrained—a modern nod to centuries-old brewing wisdom.
