New Beer Release: 78 Fire

Brewed in honor of the Hackettstown Volunteer Fire Department, 78 Fire is our annual Irish-style Red Ale—a bold, malty tribute to those who run toward the flames.

At 6.3% ABV and 27 IBUs, it’s brewed with Simpsons Golden Promise, roasted barley, and crystal malts for notes of toffee, toasted bread, and just a hint of roast. East Kent Goldings hops add earthy balance, while English ale yeast provides a subtle fruitiness and a clean finish.

Released each year leading up to St. Patrick’s Day, with proceeds supporting the Hackettstown Fire Department.
