Introducing Rogue Wave, the latest addition to our Deep Sea Series. This New England style IPA is a celebration of the mysterious depths and the untamed power of the ocean.
Rogue Wave is brewed with a unique blend of hops – Idaho 7, El Dorado, and Mosaic, each contributing its own distinct character to the brew. The Idaho 7 brings a burst of tropical fruit and pine, while the El Dorado imparts hints of pear, watermelon, and stone fruit. The Mosaic rounds out the profile with a complex array of berry, mango, and citrus flavors.
This IPA pours a hazy, golden hue reminiscent of a sunlit wave cresting over the ocean’s surface. On the nose, you’ll find an inviting aroma of fresh citrus and tropical fruits, leading into a palate that is both juicy and well-balanced.
