Do you love cheese, meat, and beer? Then join us for a festive and fun workshop where you will learn how to create your own beautiful and delicious charcuterie board!
In this one-hour class, you will be guided by the experts from Fromage, a local cheese shop, who will teach you how to select, slice, and arrange artisanal cheeses and meats on a bakery box that you can take home or enjoy at the brewery! You will also get to add some tasty accompaniments like fresh and dried fruit, crackers, honey, candies/sweets and décor to make your board even more appealing.
The best part is, you can pair your charcuterie board with some of the amazing craft beers from the brewery, and enjoy a cozy and festive evening with your friends or family.
The class is $50 per person, and includes everything you need to make your own charcuterie board. The class is on Friday, December 15th, 2023 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Please arrive promptly, as the instruction will begin at 6:00.
