This beer is giving us gummy bear\, sweet sweet passion fruit\, and that straight hop candy. This 9% Imperial NEIPA hits first with that perfect creamy oat that builds up the mouth feel\, and you know it wouldn’t be Mosaic if it didn’t have that raspberry note at the end. DESCRIPTION:We’re excited to announce our collaboration with the Hackettstown Fire Department\, to release 78 Fire\, an Irish Red Ale this Friday\, February 17th. The Hackettstown Fire Department is a volunteer run fire department dedicated to property preservation\, and life safety within the Town of Hackettstown and provides mutual aid to numerous communities in both Warren\, Morris\, and Sussex Counties. A portion of the proceeds from 78 Fire will be donated directly to them and all they do. \n78 Fire Irish Red Ale- 78 Fire is a 6.3% traditional Irish Red Ale with notes of biscuit and toffee\, complemented by a nice rounded out light roast\, and a perfectly clean finish.
